Return & REFUND POLICY

At Network Service Provider Ltd, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a simple and transparent return policy.

  1. Return Period
  • You may return items within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  1. Condition of Items
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • All accessories, manuals, and components must be included.
  1. Non-Returnable Items

Some items are exempt from being returned, such as:

  • Special order or custom-configured products
  • Items marked as “non-returnable” at the time of sale
  • Software, licenses, or downloadable products once delivered
  1. Return Authorization

All returns require prior authorization. Please contact sales@networkserviceprovider.co.uk to request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.

  1. Refunds
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
  1. Shipping Costs
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
